What is Cyberbullying?

It can take place through texts, online posts, emails, phone calls or by using social media. It can happen between people who know each other or who have never met in person.
Cyberbullying is not the same as teasing or name-calling that happens face-to-face. It involves abuse of power and humiliation of the victim with the intent to hurt them physically and emotionally by destroying their self-esteem.
